MY STORY
This is the programme I wish I’d had when I was 47. I’d hit perimenopause and my cravings went through the roof. I didn’t have the capacity to keep dieting anymore and couldn’t cope with the hunger and deprivation. Yet dieting was all I’d ever known and my biggest fear was gaining weight. And I did.
But that wasn’t the end of the story. It was just the beginning. I wanted answers so I retrained as a PT, specialising in scientifically proven methods that work for women in midlife.
I’ve transformed my own body and mind while navigating the intense challenges of midlife, to become lean, strong and confident again.
Now, I help women like you every day to break the cycle of restriction and find a better way forward. And I’d love to help you, too.
