A journey to reclaim my strength, bring adventure into my life,  and create something just for me that could exist alongside my work and my changing role as a parent, so I could  start living with energy and purpose again.

For years I was stuck in cycles of resets, failures and guilt. Then I realised it wasn’t about chasing a number on the scales. It was about becoming my own priority, protecting my health and giving myself permission to live fully again.

ABOUT ME

Now, as a fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor, Menopause Specialist, and author, I’ve helped 100s of midlife women get stronger, leaner and happier for over 5 years. As a 54 year old post-menopause woman, I know exactly how challenging this time of life is and how hard it can be to find time for yourself.

My goal is to help you rediscover your motivation to give your body what it needs right now, and give you support and accountability to achieve your goals. I don’t just want to help you lose weight, I want you to have more energy, be more resilient to stress, and discover how incredible it feels not to be held back by being out of control of your body and how you eat.

And take you on a journey, which won’t just lead to a new wardrobe, but to knowing you are capable of achieving whatever you want for the next chapter of your life.

I’ve been where you are.

This process evolved from my desire to get through the challenges of menopause and midlife.

It wasn’t just the physical symptoms, but the sense of life changing all around me and a desire not just to weather the storm, but to come through the other side a different person.

Stronger, braver, and ready to embark on a new adventure. 

And I that’s where I am today. Living a life of purpose, excitement and doing more than I ever imagined - and I’m only just getting started!
