Break the
cravings cycle
that’s keeping you
stuck
And kick-start weight loss in just 5 days
Giving into menopause cravings was the main reason I gained 30lbs in my 50s.
Dieting didn’t work until I learned how to take back control of my cravings.
Now, I’ll give you the exact steps I took to stop those powerful cravings and break mindless eating habits, so I could finally lose my menopause weight - and rediscover my confidence.
In 2 years I’d gained 30lb and I knew if I didn’t do something about it, where would it end?
To ignore this problem meant facing up to the fact that I would keep putting on 15lb a year if I didn’t do something about it.
A sobering truth that forced me to take action. I’m so relieved I did - and I want to help you do the same.
Snacking seems harmless, but constant nibbling, mindless eating, and sugar cravings are often the reason the scales won’t budge.
If you find one snack is never enough, that you’re always searching for something to stop the cravings, and the hope you’ll be good tomorrow… you’re not alone, in fact you’re in good company.
You’ve also come to the best place if you’re done with feeling out of control, because winning the cravings battle starts here.

Why I created the Reset
I know what it’s like to feel trapped by cravings. I managed them with willpower when I was younger, but they came back with a vengeance when I hit menopause.
It was uncomfortable for me to admit, but I gained 30lbs simply through snacking. Every time I felt tired, stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, cravings hit and I’d reach for food on autopilot.
Breaking that cycle wasn’t easy, but it was the single most important step I took to lose the weight that was starting to affect my health and happiness - and keep it off.
But just as important, was the relief to stop constantly thinking about food, having to fight cravings, and feeling guilty when I failed. That freedom was incredible. I got my mind back. I got my life back.
I have studied everything I can find about why women snack, especially in midlife - from hormones, to habits to coping with the huge amount we have on our plates (oh the irony!) and I’ve helped 100s of women break free of cravings for good.
The 5-day reset is the exact process I used to take back control of cravings, and is the same framework I use with my clients today.
It’s worked for us, so it will work for you.
